The festival that use to just showcase all the new talent in the Hip Hop scene, seems to have been favoured by Hip Hop's heavyweights this year. Only last year this festival's roster read like a XXL Freshmen cover, oh what a difference a year makes, Jay Z, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Slaughterhouse/Eminem and Raekwon to name a few.
