It appears hip-hop heads have new signs of hope as a “rough demo” of Act II emerges courtesy of Jay Electronica’s tumblr page. This following what many would call a hiatus from Jay Electronica after releasing a stem of instant classics. But in his defense, you can never rush greatness. Hard to believe dude was living on the streets, and has so much to say.
