Ian Poulter has Cheerios from Ryder Cup

This is the true definition of a champions breakfast...Ian Poulter has angered golf fans by posting a video of himself and his children eating Cheerios out of the Ryder Cup.

The video uploaded onto his Twitter page shows the pro-golfer saying to the camera: "This is breakfast with the Ryder cup."

He then tips cereal into the trophy, pours over milk and shares it with his children in his kitchen, reports the Daily Telegraph.

Immediately comments were made to the page from outraged golf fans such as: "You are going to golf hell."

Gary Silcock, director of golf at The Belfry, admitted he was surprised by Poulter's latest antics.

Before breakfast

"In some ways it appears disrespectful. I think taking a drink from it is one thing, but to eat cereal with your children is another," he said.

"It is not in keeping with the traditions of golf - but that's Ian Poulter himself. He does not keep to traditions. It would have been much better if he had not done it."

Did you guys prefer I use Fruity Loops?

Mr Silcock believes it's the latest 'stunt' by Poulter to gain media attention and that "it has not been thought through".

Golf fan Donald Hanson, 34, said: "It's just a slap in the face for golf fans... I watched every minute of the Ryder Cup. It is an institution and those boys taking home that trophy for Europe is an unbelievable feeling.

"To just eat out of the cup is sickening. If it is meant to be a joke it isn't amusing. It's not just about Poulter. He wasn't the only one that won that cup and he's just disgraced the entire team."

Thats proving to your competitors that the cup they didn't win ain't shit cause you're having breakfast in it with your kids...Suck it!
